Dr Diana Bogueva is Adjunct Postdoctoral Fellow at the Curtin University Sustainability Policy (CUSP) Institute and Centre Manager at the Centre for Advanced Food Enginomics, University of Sydney. Her interdisciplinary research is focused on food sustainability and changes in consumer behavior. Dr. Bogueva has authored several peer-reviewed scientific publications, book chapters and co-edited four book volumes.
