Dr. Rimantas Venskutonis is Professor of Food Science & Technology at Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania. He won the ‘Lithuanian National Science Award’ in 2004. Dr. Venskutonis is a national delegate of Lithuania at the International Union of Food Science & Technology (IUFoST), the European Federation of Food Science & Technology (EFFoST), the ISEKI-Food Association (IFA), the EUCHEMS Food Chemistry Division (FCD), and the Global Harmonization Initiative (GHI). He is an active member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), the Phytochemical Society of North America (PSNA), the International Society of Nutraceuticals & Functional Foods (ISNFF) and the European Hygienic Engineering Design Group (EHEDG).
