Dr. Marco Dalla Rosa is Professor at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna in Cesena headquarters, Italy. He is a member and probiviro of SISTAL (Italian Society of Food Science and Technology) and the ISEKI Food Association; member of the Executive Committee of EFFoST (European Federation of Food Science and Technology). He served as President of the Degree Councils in Food Technology, as Director of the Interdepartmental Centre for Agri-Food Industrial Research, as Chairman of the EFFoST Annual Meeting and Food Innova 2017, and as President of the national coordination of the degree courses in Food science and Technology (COSTAL) in 2018. Marco has authored several peer-reviewed scientific publications and won the ‘ISEKI Food Association Academy Award’ in 2014.
